The works entailed the installation of a new fire fighting system, tank heaters, underground piping and drainage system, supply and erection of steel replacement tanks, replacement of damaged tank plates, roof components & fittings, sealing of existing structures. The project for 8 kms. of new road constructed in an urban environment with high specification requirements. THe work also included sewer networks, sidewalks and other public utilities.

The project for the rehabilitation and re-carpeting with asphalt overlay of 60 kms. of road.

The project comprised the construction of roads, footpaths, reinforced concrete retaining walls, drainage systems, installation of utilities and general landscaping for the development. The complete installation of a sewage treatment plant & water tower was included in the project.

The project comprised the construction of 22 kms. of single asphalted carriageway and included a reinforced concrete bridge and drainage structure.

The project for the construction of 41 kms. of bitumen surfaced standard 6m wide carriageway with 1.5m wide shoulders, drainage culverts and new structural steel bridge on reinforced concrete piers across the Notwane River. This project is part of the "Three Feeder Road Project" co-financed by BADEA, UNCDF and the Botswana Government.

The project for periodic maintenance of the road included reshaping of the road, drainage system, application of new gravel wearing course and new road furniture.

The project comprised the construction of 15 kms. of bitumen surfaced road, standard 6m wide carriageway with 1.5m wide shoulders. The project included culverts, drainage and other associated utility works.

THe project was part of the City Council's program to generally upgrade the City's infrastructure. THe project comprised 12 kms. of city roads, resealing works, alterations, new drainage systems, paving, widening of main roads & roundabouts, upgrading of drainage system and other associated works.

The project entailed the upgrading of 90 kms. of road to a double seal surface standard and included drainage, the construction of a major culvert and other associated works.

The project consisted of the rehabilitation of 54 kms of road to bitumen surfaqce standard. The works included 8 No. reinforced concrete bridges ranging in length between 40m & 70m, 200 pipe & box culverts. Project extended due to additional works required by client.

The project for the reconstruction and widening of 25.8 kms of existing road to a double seal bituminous surface standard, including drainage & landscaping.

The project for 40 kms. of 12m to 32m wide bituminous roads with drainage. Carried out of part of the major project listed separately and valued at US$ 20 million.

The project comprised 27 kms. of road, parking facilities and 16 kms. of storm water drainage. The works were carried out as part of a major project listed separately and valued at US$ 17.90 million.

Project for 3 kms. of road with all associated structural works.

This environmental related project for the construction of three small dams was carried out on an emergency basis in order to prevent the repetative loss of local village habitats & food stores and the regularly ensuing distress for the village population. In addition the the water retained by the dams provides a water source to help sustain local agriculture. The basic earth fill dams with diversionary channels were constructed across naturally formed stormwater drainage channels and the project consisted of all excavation, foundation works, earth dam filling and compaction, reinforced concrete overspill channel walls and concrete bound rip rap facings. Basic works were completed in 1.5 months and now additional works in the area are being considered by the client to further improve the effectiveness of the dams and provide additional protection from the environment for the local village. Works were started mid June 2003. The initial contract works were completed and acceptance certificate issued on 24 July 2003. Additional works were carried out to enhance water retention and utilization and acceptance certificate issued on 8 October 2003.

The project comprised refurbishment of 3 No tanks 20,308 cu.m., 1 No tank 30,762 cu.m., 1 No tank 392 cu.m. and 2 No burried 12" dia. steel pipelines with total length of 7.5 kms. All mechanical works & testing of pipelines and tanks is completed, painting works will be completed during December. Project successfully completed in January 2004.

Project comprises preparation of site and associated civil works, site facilities including fencing, roads, drainage and water supply. Construction of Office/Control building, three workshops, store buildings, gatehouse, fire equipment store building, pipeline pump shelter, installation of two pipeline pumps, erection of firewater tank and foundations, installation of one electric, one diesel engine drive fire pumps, erection of radio mast, installation of fire water main. (Consultant : Pencol Engineering Limited)

The project comprised 24 kms. of welded steam pipeline of various diameters ranging from 150 mm dia. to 1,050 mm dia., insulation of pipework, 13 No steel separator vessels of capacities ranging from 25 to 100 tons/hr. Section A (approximately 60% of the works) was substantially completed on 7 July 2003 and Section B will be completed December 2003. Minor works remain to be carried out, mainly reinstatement works.

Rehabilitation of 152 km of 12" diam fuel pipeline. The project consists the supply of 50km of steel linepipe and installation of 32km, leakage repairs, coating repairs. The project also includes pipeline integrity survey, internal cleaning, cathodic protection and replacement of valves as required.

Construction of 24kms of 6" dia pipeline, wall thickness 12mm including transport, stringing, trenching in swamps, laying of pipe, NDT, testing and commissioning. Preparation for welding and alignment of 5km of concrete surround to pipe for lauching into ocean. Project commenced mid 2006.Supply of all pipe, welding rods, construction tools, valves and fittings by others. The project engineers were Tartan Engineering Canada

The project comprised the construction of all foundations for 4 No TM 2500 Gas Turbine Generators and 1 No TM 6000 Gas Turbine Generator each being 20 Mw, the supply and installation of gas skids, heater skids, metering skids, air compressor, LV & 2 No HV transformers, turbine and generator removal pads, cooling tower, control room, bus bar, disconnector and required circuit breakers.Construction of concrete firewall, oil containment wall and foundations for 8 No HV overhead line pylons. Supply, construction and testing of 6", 4" & 3" pipes, valves and fittings both burried and above ground on appropriate supports. Construction of fencing, access roads, retaining walls and drainage.Project commenced January 2007.

Construction of 18 No Equipment Buildings and supports for solar power panels at 18 railway stations between Dodoma & Tabora. Including the laying of 400kms of Fibre Optic Cable from Dodoma to Tabora railway stations including preparation of right of way , excavation through all types of terrain, cable slicing, protection and backfilling and finally commissioning. Project was completed ahead of schedule.

Project for the construction of 90km of 18" Gas Pipeline, commenced February 2004. The project includes along with the pipeline pig launcher/receiver, on-line gas analysis system, pressure regulating and metering facilities, filter/scrubber, slam shut / line break valves, gas metering skid, cement factory PRF, power plant PRF, residential colony PRF, vent scrubber storage tank, fire fighting equipment & metering facility and PRF's, fire & gas detection system. Acceptance Certificate Received 21 October 2006.

The project for the modification of an existing product storage depot to allow the blending of ethanol with petroleum motor spirit agreed on 2006-01-24 comprised all modifications to existing tankage, plant pipework and control systems. Acceptance Certificate received 2 Jnuary 2007
