My dream to start a construction company in the early sixties in
Beirut was shared by my brother Abdallah in order to meet the increasing demand of Middle
Eastern countries. In the seventies my other two brothers Ibrahim and Albert joined us as
active partners. Over the past 36 years of Company activities the engineering and
construction industry has changed dramatically, as far as, design specification, quality
of material, method of construction and standard of product. There still exists however, a
brotherhood of understanding between people, irrespective of their colour, creed or
language, which is unique in the international Civil and Mechanical Engineering
Industry. The success of the Company in becoming truly international is due to
a generation of staff and employees who worked very hard with total commitment and
dedication. With the advent of the third Millennium, I am confident that the second
generation will follow along the same path to develop the Company into a global entity. |
